Decatur Realty began ...
Cornelius Ames Byrd started a real estate business
over 35 years ago in downtown Pocomoke City. He chose the
name Decatur in honor of the Worcester County patriot and
Maryland hero, Stephen Decatur. Bill Byrd, joined his brother
and the two were partners until Bill's death. Dan
Pusey later joined the firm in 2000 and Keri Foster
and Debbie Stevens and joined the firm in early 2002
as a team. This team has been serving the lower Eastern
Shore of Maryland and Virginia, and together have had
a successful history of offering property buyers and sellers
honest service, commitment and integrity. The team
looks forward to serving you.

Decatur
Realty is located on Market Street in historic Pocomoke
City in Worcester County, MD.
From
Points North and West
Follow either Route 50 East or Route 13 South towards
Salisbury, MD. At Salisbury exit onto Route 13 South
(Bypass) and follow approximately 35 miles to Pocomoke
City.
Make
a Right turn at the intersection of Dividing Creek Road
(MD Rt. 675). At Stop Sign make a left turn onto
Market Street. Go over the Pocomoke River Drawbridge
and continue just past 4th Street. Decatur Realty
will be located on the left.
From
Points East (Ocean City, Snow Hill, Delaware)
Follow Route 113 to Pocomoke City. Cross through
the intersection at Route 13 continuing on 113.
At first stop light after intersection, make Right onto
Market Street. Continue into Historic Pocomoke City
and look for Decatur Realty on the Right at 5th Street.
From
Points South - (the Eastern Shore of Virginia)
Cross over the Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel (Route
13 North) and continue approximately 80 miles to the Maryland
State Line. Crossing into Maryland go an additional
five miles to the Intersection of Routes 13 and 113 -
make a Left at the Intersection. Continue to next
light and make a Right onto Market Street. Continue
into Historic Pocomoke City and look for Decatur Realty
on the Right at 5th Street.
